The Deep Exhale,
Shifting Sessions.
An 8-week small group healing experience for cleansing and detoxing energetic and emotional baggage.
I don't know about you, but taking a bra off at the end of the day is one of life's underrated pleasures.
One night recently I caught myself letting out this ridiculous loud sigh of relief.
Then I laughed.
Not because taking my bra off is funny...
It wasn't even the bra.
It was the feeling of finally exhaling.
Of letting something go that I didn't even realize I'd been carrying.
Isn't it interesting how instinctively we take off the things that feel restrictive?
Shoes.
Bras.
Tight jeans.
Jewelry.
We don't stop and analyze it.
We just want to breathe again.
What if — some of the things weighing you down weren't meant to be carried forever?
Our bodies and minds are remarkable. They adapt. It figures out how to carry an incredible amount.
And because they do...
We get really good at carrying things.
Stress.
Old hurts.
Conversations we replay long after they've ended.
Stories we've been telling ourselves for so long we don't even realize they're still running in the background.
We can be doing all the "right" things...
...and still catch ourselves thinking,
“Seriously? Here we are again?”
The same reaction.
The same relationship argument.
The same self-doubt.
The same emotional loop.
Maybe it isn't because you're broken.
Maybe it's because you've been carrying something that no longer belongs in the life you're trying to build.
That's why I created The Deep Exhale Shifting Sessions.
An 8 week small group online experience for releasing.
To dissolve yesterday’s challenges so we don’t carry them toward the future we’re building.
When people ask me why I do this work…
The short answer is because decades ago I experienced a very dramatic and profound paradigm shift that completely changed the way I think about health, healing, and a connection to something greater.
It's a story I love telling.
But this page isn't about me.
It's about you.
Have you ever noticed how you can tell yourself, "Next time I'm going to handle that differently." Then the moment comes...
...and somehow you don't.
I think sometimes we've simply been carrying things for so long that we don't even realize it’s shaping how we think, react, and move through the world, until it gets pointed out.
That's what we’ll begin shifting in these sessions.
Not by fixing you.
Not by telling you what you should do.
But by gently getting curious and awakening what's underneath those patterns so that something different and better becomes possible.
We’ll detox emotions and toxic patterns. Begin releasing some of what’s underneath the ways we sabotage our own lives.
It might show up as old beliefs, values, blocks, problems, or maybe even a false reality.
You might recognize yourself here.
I’m sure you've caught yourself lying awake replaying a conversation from earlier that day, thinking of all the things you wish you'd said differently to someone. Or how you would’ve reacted differently when the kids were running amok.
You might be the one everyone counts on. You hold it all together until one small thing tips the scales and suddenly you're crying in the grocery store parking lot wondering why that was the thing that finally did you in.
Maybe you're trying to create something in your life, and it's been 10, 20, 30 years and you're still trying to get there. Now you're crushed by the timeline and wondering if something is wrong with you. (That was me.)
Is there someone in your life you genuinely love, but you can't seem to get out of the same fight? Different words. Same feelings. Same ending.
It might not be one big thing at all.
Instead, it's the overthinking. The pressure.
The constant mental tabs running in the background.
The looping mind that never seems to take a day off.
Making up false narratives that sabotage everything else in your life.
You don't need another person telling you to "just let it go."
If it were that easy... you already would have.
So, what happens in Shifting Sessions?
First, what it is not.
This isn’t a workshop. I'm not standing at the front of the room teaching for an hour while everyone takes notes. And I'm definitely not handing you a workbook that's destined to become a very expensive coaster.
These are six guided emotional, mental, energy healing sessions over the course of eight weeks with a small group of women.
This is an opportunity to intentionally prioritize yourself and finally do some of the work you've been desiring... but maybe also feeling a little anxious about.
I can't tell you how many women tell me, "I know I need to do something for myself... I just never do."
Life gets busy. Everyone else comes first.
This is YOUR time.
Dedicated to you.
Doesn't that sound great?! Finally.
Time to slow down. Time to notice. Time carved out to put YOU first.
So, if any part of you is thinking,
"This does sound great... but I don't even know where to start?"
No worries. That's why I'm here, in your corner, giving you the support to get started.
What do you think?
Are you ready to put some of that shit down?
Make shift happen?
Take a deep exhale?
Let off the gas pedal?
It's time to start taking off a few of those metaphorical restrictive pieces you've been wearing for years.
The beliefs.
The stories.
The expectations.
The protective layers you've worn for so long, you forgot they were even there.
I’ve gotch you.
Sometimes it's an old belief you've never questioned. Sometimes it's an identity you've quietly outgrown.
Sometimes it's a narrative you've been telling yourself for so long that it simply feels like the truth. You’re still attached to the past, or the past you. Your current and future self is being held back by that. It’s not fair to her.
Honestly, most often it's a sabotage pattern that keeps showing up, even when you're trying your hardest to change it. And sometimes it's simply helping your nervous system realize it doesn't have to be, well…nervous.
One session can absolutely support you.
But this kind of work unfolds over time.
That's why I've put together a series of 6 group sessions and 1 private session.
To create the space for yourself. Provide the time to explore and get curious, notice patterns, peel back a few layers, let things settle, and gently keep going.
Coming into a new doesn't usually happen all at once.
It happens one shift at a time.
Usually, the biggest awareness of a shift isn’t realized in the session itself. The session creates the held space for the shift, but the realization can happen a few days or weeks later when you suddenly catch yourself responding differently. You're not reacting the way you used to. You're a little less anxious. A little less overwhelmed. Things that would have completely derailed your day... don't.
Or maybe there isn't one big moment at all. You just begin to sense a different version of yourself. You can't quite put your finger on it, but you can literally feel the shift.
You start feeling more comfortable in your own skin. Like you've finally changed out of the jeans that were digging into your waist all day. That’s your nervous system taking a big sigh of relief. The shoulders sit a little lower. Your breath is a bit more natural. The body isn’t bracing quite so hard.
It might even show up as you sliding across the kitchen floor in your favorite cozy socks with good music on, and you realize life doesn't feel quite as heavy.
The relationship you have with yourself begins to soften. You're not fighting yourself. Something is awakening. A deeper connectedness, expansion. You might even catch yourself thinking, “Huh... that rolled off my shoulders a lot easier than it used to.” Or, “I'm surprisingly unbothered by that.”
SHIFT HAPPENS.
That kind of relief is hard to explain until you feel it.
It happened for me.
I was still me.
I just wasn't hauling quite as much old stuff into everything anymore.
There was more room. More freedom. Less noise in the background. And somehow, more space and peace for whatever was next.
Even other people noticed. They couldn't always put their finger on what was different. It was more like that “Did you just get back from vacation?” kind of energy.
Something about me just seemed more at ease.
Live lighter, more joyfully. Be better connected to yourself and those you care about.

Shifting Sessions is a guided healing program that uses Mind Shifting methods to help identify and work with subconscious patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Rather than only talking about a problem or trying to think your way out of it, we may work with the deeper beliefs, identities, blocks, values or resistance underneath what you’re experiencing.
Depending on what comes up, I may guide you through Problem Shifting, Belief Shifting, Identity Shifting, Reality Shifting, Removing Blocks or Values Shifting. Each works through a slightly different doorway, but the intention is similar: to release what is keeping an old problem or pattern in place so you have more freedom in how you respond, choose and move forward, and stop holding yourself back.
Trauma Shifting is not used within the Shifting Sessions group program. Trauma work requires a more individualized setting and a deeper practitioner-client relationship, so I reserve that work for private 1:1 clients when appropriate.
-
Depending on what is coming up, or a theme we’ve identified, I’ll guide the group through a specific Mind Shifting method for that session.
We may all be working with the same type of shift, such as Belief Shifting, but each participant will be working with her own belief, problem, identity, block, value or area of resistance. The process is shared, but the work itself is personal to you.
This is not talk therapy. You won’t need to spend the session analyzing the problem or retelling the whole story. The process is experiential and inward-focused. You’ll be guided to notice what comes up, work with it as it appears, and allow something that has been held in place to begin shifting.
You could think of it a little like guided visualization, although the process is more structured and goes deeper than simply imagining something differently.
-
Not necessarily, although it does help move the session along if you have a general idea of something that currently feels like a problem for you. It doesn’t have to be profound. It can be as simple as an argument with a loved one that you can’t seem to let go of. Or, having annoyance toward your boss.
During the group sessions, I’ll also have prompts and resources to help you excavate what might be ready for some attention. During the in-between weeks, you’ll also be exploring before our next time together.
-
I wouldn’t think of it as homework. This is your time, and you’ll get out of it what you’re willing to put into it.
I’d encourage you to find minimum 30 minutes each week for some quiet reflection. Get inquisitive with yourself and be in observation. Notice what’s coming up, what you’re ready to move away from, and what you might want to bring into the next session.
One of the added benefits of these eight weeks is simply practicing making yourself a priority. If you find yourself wanting to carve out even more space for yourself along the way, fantastic.
-
No. You do not have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing, and you will never be pressured to.
There may be moments when some dialogue helps us identify what you want to work with, but you are always in control of what you disclose.
This is also one reason I intentionally keep the groups small. I want this to be a kind, supportive and respectful space. Judging, shaming, belittling or disrespecting another participant will not be tolerated and may result in being removed from the group.
-
Yes. What is shared within the group is confidential, and every participant will be asked to agree to protect the privacy of the other women in the group.
Sessions will be recorded solely for my own business purposes in case I need to revisit something from a session. Recordings will not be provided as replays or shared with participants.

Healthy discernment is a good thing. There are many healing modalities available to us, and part of learning how to support your emotional and energetic health is exploring what works for you and building your own toolbox of resources.
You don’t need to believe in anything specific. Come curious, experience the process for yourself, and decide what you think afterward.
-
Absolutely. This work can complement other forms of support.
During a difficult period in my own life, I used talk therapy alongside energetic healing. Therapy gave me a place to talk through and understand what I was experiencing, while the energetic work gave me another avenue for working with what was surfacing emotionally.
Different modalities can give us different access points. They don’t necessarily have to compete with one another. I encourage you to inform your practitioner what you’re doing.
-
That’s okay. Most of us are dealing with some blend of all of them, whether we recognize it or not.
You don’t need to figure out which “bucket” something belongs in before you arrive. We can start with what you’re experiencing and explore from there.
-
I really encourage you to commit to showing up each week. Part of this experience is doing the work, but we’re also building community and moving through these eight weeks together as a group.
Life happens. If something truly urgent comes up, we can discuss whether you’re able to join the other group that week for a one-off make up.
But if you find yourself wanting to skip because you’re feeling nervous, uncomfortable or overwhelmed? Show up. That may be exactly what we get to work with. This is a gentle process. You don’t have to relive anything. And, you don’t have to talk about anything you don’t want to.
-
Absolutely. You’re in the driver’s seat when it comes to what you want to explore. If something comes up that feels deeper or more personal than you want to address within the group, consider bringing it into our private 1:1 session instead.
-
Registration is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the first session. After that, and once the group has started, registration is non-refundable.
If something unexpected comes up, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to someone else or talk with me about joining a future round. If you transfer your spot, any reimbursement would be handled directly between you and the person taking your place. Just email me so I know about the change.
