But if an emotional or energetic memory is still stored in your system, it doesn’t dissolve simply because we took ten deep breaths.

If that were true, we’d all be healed by now!

Safety and fear are the gatekeepers.

Most of us have unintentionally stacked years of low-grade bracing.


This mini-retreat workshop is where we begin unsticking that stack.

Gently.
Intelligently.

What the experience offers

We’ll spend a few quiet hours together in a small group of women at my home overlooking the Gorge.

I’ll be guiding the afternoon as we work with the nervous system.

At the center of the experience is a clinical practitioner-level technique I use in my practice that works directly with dissolving and shifting blocks, problems, old beliefs that we no longer want to hang onto. I’ll help you define a clear and concise situation you want to dissolve and transform the energetic information in the body. (This part is about 30-45 minutes). We verify the result.

When that charge dissolves, the nervous system can finally exhale. Bye, bye, Felicia!

My co-host Lori Lishan will open the afternoon with gentle essential oil work to help settle and prepare the nervous system.

Throughout the afternoon I’ll guide the group through grounding practices and reflective tools that help the body integrate the shift.

There’ll also be simple nourishing touches along the way — herbal tinctures, nourishing beverages, and light healthy snacks to support the body while we work. (Optional of course)

You’ll be working on your own individual challenge inside a safe and structured small group container of women seeking to do energy release work and nervous system calibration.

This is not:

• mindset tricks
• breath-hacking
• journaling your feelings and hoping clarity appears

Instead, the process works directly with:

• body sensation
• emotional charge
• subconscious patterning

This work is:

somatic
visceral
reflective
intelligent

…and surprisingly effective.

There will be warmth.

There will be intelligence.

And there will likely be a moment where you realize,

“Oh… that’s what’s been running.”

There should be some laughter too, I don’t doubt.

Sometimes when the nervous system has been acting like it’s running from a bear…it’s really reacting to spilled oatmeal!

We take the work seriously.

We just don’t take ourselves too seriously.

P.S. When I guide the work, you’re not sharing out loud what you’re working on. So if that was possibly concerning you, there’s nothing you are required to share in the group — or say out loud that you aren’t comfortable doing. All of it can remain sacred between you and the skies. It’s safe.

You won’t leave “fixed.”

That’s not how real transformation works.

But, you will leave one layer lighter and one problem extinguished.
